HubSpot now resembles a hollow echo of its former glory as the supposed second-best workplace. Beneath its surface lies a toxic culture of relentless "high-performance," where top achievers and managers are relentlessly pushed beyond their limits. The toll is evident in the countless instances of burnout, layoffs, and the draining of exceptional talent and potential.

Stay clear of this place. Nothing but micromanagement even if you’re a performer. Directors and VP have no idea what they’re doing now that lead flow has dried up.
