Management needs some serious managerial training. Most of them were successful reps and promoted, but it does not make them good managers. I have never been so micromanaged in my life and there is little to no collaboration. It could be that I have a bad manager, but we also have so many internal meetings with the director pod as well. I feel like I am constantly on internal calls that provide absolutely no benefit.

Good company, cares about employees, success is dependent on territory you get - people who make their money here do it through consistent overachievement which means promotions and more RSU grants

Hubspot has a high-performance culture - hitting quota month over month is important for long term success, but with the current macroeconomic situation, sales cycles are getting longer, there are more decision makers involved, and more objections to combat.
