Management needs some serious managerial training. Most of them were successful reps and promoted, but it does not make them good managers. I have never been so micromanaged in my life and there is little to no collaboration. It could be that I have a bad manager, but we also have so many internal meetings with the director pod as well. I feel like I am constantly on internal calls that provide absolutely no benefit.

Experience was positive however organization has no direction in Canada and no plans to fix anything. Predicating layoff in the next two quarters

Very difficult to hit full quota. Month to month performance-based, meaning that you can have a 212% attainment in June followed by a 50% attainment in July and you're on the chopping block.
