Current Employee1.6Mar 27, 2025I don’t recommend it. People are working 12 hours days, weekends too, yet still worried about the next month. Why? Tiny accounts in enterprise (the largest segment) which is simply defined as 200 employees+. Not strategic, unbearable micromanagement. Don’t even apply.

Leadership is listening to rep frustrations, focused on decreasing rep attrition, and trying to use AI / tech to make reps lives easier.
