A great place to learn and grow from an enterprise style sales org but a bit over extended when it comes to supporting every rep in getting to a consistent attainment manner.

It seems like leadership is seeing how fast they can fast-track reps out the door. There are no leads, it's cut-throat, and there is little to no development. HubSpot is having an identity crisis... they aren't the "fun" and culturally driven place they once were. It seems like they don't truly know who they are anymore.

Onboarding was a mess. Base salary for SDRs is certainly low, if a new grad might be a good gig for you but as an experienced SDR coming from elsewhere in tech this is not worth while.

Excellent ramp quota for new hires. This ramp quota ensures you still get paid your OTE every month with a very generous quota. Benefits are absolutely incredible, both ESPP and RSU's are offered. Promotions every year and an annual companywide week of rest.
