I was treated in an extremely inequitable way in a company move instead of laying us off they put us in a position that made it impossible to win. Most got coached out in their new roles/are on plans. The goals are completely unattainable in the region I’m in and leadership expects you to work until you die. In my experience this has been the least amount of time off I’ve ever taken in my 10 year career because I’m constantly afraid of triggering a PIP because of my inequitable treatment in this transition. HubSpot may have been a place that was equitable and good to work at in the past, but now it seems like they do not care.

Culture fit, compensation and everything about this company was amazing. If it wasn’t for the layoffs I would still recommend this company. The tools are there for you to excel.
