Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My experience at Hearst Television has been a good one although lots of learning along the way. 8 years in the same sales role and I am still liking it. However, we need more support staff and management is working on this. Local market sales for television are slow, but there are plenty of good sized companies who need to advertise and television and streaming work the best. Not all companies have the money to buy this product so it is challenging for some at times. Lots of lifting up rocks to find nothing but you keep going. I only wish their compensation Draw would be more monthly especially during political season and economic downturns. However, they did take great care of us during 2020 Covid year since many of us struggled greatly. Overall great company with Superior benefits if you can handle the massive work load and are a marathon runner so to speak. I like to work and make money so I have become accustom to the constant flux that is selling air time, a commodity. Browse Other Reviews
