My overall experience was negative, product-market fit is poor therefore high churn and burn rate on the customer and employee side.

Overall great skill builder for top of funnel activity. Excellent process to find leads, cold call, book meetings. Rest of the process is very loose and training is limited. Management is great. It’s ups and downs. One year they do great commission, then the year that follows is awful. They do offer a relatively high base but it varies wildly from person to person.

Great place to reap rewards for hard work, commission plan is strong but must be fully self-sourced. 100% outbound and self-sourced, comp plan doesn't incentivize to grow existing, all about net new. Full time in office so would recommend hybrid to leadership. Overall I've enjoyed my time here so far, would recommend if you're willing to work hard.

In my opinion, it was a very toxic environment to work in. They had unrealistic OTE’s that barely anyone in the office was hitting except a handful of people. Some of the reviews on GlassDoor are plain malicious. I've worked here for a little under a year and there are people killing it, management can be strict but is extremely fair. Culture is fantastic. The main detractor of the experience is the low close rate across the business, it really is a volume play.

Great base but that it is. You have to scratch for everything else. Management is quick to fire. You start as BDR. constant under fire.
