My overall experience was fine. The work culture was good but the opportunity was a difficult one- ultimately didn't find the success I was looking for but I did learn a lot.

The managers are not compensated well for the amount of work they are required to do in this role. They are also blamed for any and all issues regarding rep and client retention. I do enjoy the other managers that I work with in this role. They are supportive and always willing to give advice and support when needed. My manager is hands off which is mostly good...Read More
