Forrester lacks a customer driven research agenda which often leaves it behind its competitors in fulfilling strategic customer needs and requirements. It was an ongoing challenge throughout my tenure.

Its quite obvious that Forrester continues in a downward spiral, poor stock performance and the failure of the “All CV All the Time” strategy it’s readily apparent that they’ll have to further reduce staff
