Forrester is a great company to work for if you're breaking into the workforce. Their training is fair, my team has a 3rd party training provider which is awesome. However Forrester is having issues finding themselves in the marketplace, and customers are churning at high rates. The company culture has declined significantly since COVID-19. The transition from heritage Forrester to Forrester Decisions/FMI has been underperforming, leading to a loss of brand trust and confidence in the leadership.
