The company culture has declined significantly since COVID-19. The transition from heritage Forrester to Forrester Decisions/FMI has been underperforming, leading to a loss of brand trust and confidence in the leadership. This has resulted in numerous RIFs and delays in promotions and merit increases. Despite these challenges, the company is filled with great people who are eager to learn and succeed.

My experience has been mixed. Great sales managers but there is no investment into the sales team as a whole. Writing and running my own campaigns with 0 automation.

Company has had severe leadership, product fit, and sales enablement issues since end of 2021. I would avoid this company and look at competitors like Gartner or ASML
