My experience has been mixed. Great sales managers but there is no investment into the sales team as a whole. Writing and running my own campaigns with 0 automation.

Its quite obvious that Forrester continues in a downward spiral, poor stock performance and the failure of the “All CV All the Time” strategy it’s readily apparent that they’ll have to further reduce staff

Forrester has been having ups and downs for over 10 years. Good when it was up, challenging when it was down as that was usually the precursors to more changes. A lot of over-reaction and not staying the course.

When I began Forrester was a great company. Sadly they hired a new CSO and did lots of adjusting to staff - letting go 400+.
