My overall experience with Epsilon was good. Culture and leadership is great but salaries below average with very irregular pay rises. Incentive scheme/ comms plans would change with the wind.

Fair experience. Lots of change and in process for the better or worst is yet to be understood. Day to day flow is very tedious with admin work taking much more time than it’s recognized and unorganized flows across the sales org.
