Leadership is great - hybrid flexibility is great - base comp is awful. and you need A LOT of large sales to make even 100k - lots of work put into that for little reward

Good opportunity with a mix of inbound and hunting for account acquisition. The real money here is with existing large accounts that have all been claimed by long term employees though. Backwards mentality on hybrid/work from home. System is set up for success via farming, but corporate encourages hunting with no meaningful support or reward for success in that space.
