This company is run by incompetent senior leaders, who are slowly being phased out. Competing sales teams selling into the same accounts. No leads. Low base. Becoming a high turnover cut throat business.

Overall, clear channel was a bad experience for me. 35k base salary is abysmal for an AE position - that being for a company that barely had any inbound traffic, or new accounts to be built. Unprofessional, slimy, hypocritical, unethical treatment of employees. Favoritism, that also depends on the day. Everyone is disposable here. Local manager fired 2 people within her 1st month around the holidays to hire a family member. Made some employees work late while partying with other of her direct reports.
