Really challenging internal systems. Clients/selling is easiest part of the role. ESG is lip service. Still run by and for straight white men.

Great first BDR/SDR role They have done it before, and really know how to train the team. Lots of inbound leads, around 1-2 a week. The brand name is so big, and everyone in space is aware of Granicus so it makes cold calling easier. The comp plan used to be better but is still solid.
