They have done it before, and really know how to train the team.
Lots of inbound leads, around 1-2 a week.
The brand name is so big, and everyone in space is aware of Granicus so it makes cold calling easier.
The comp plan used to be better but is still solid.
Pretty low base compared to other companies
Because the company is so big, it is difficult to get promoted to the better sales teams.
Overall, one of the better BDR jobs out there, but I would avoid some of the promotion paths Browse Other Reviews
