The company seemed to have lost its way over the past 12-18 months. There is less clarity to the direction of the company (3 x org restructures in 2 years just to end back at the original structure) and the culture has changed (ie hunger games like environment where people are operating in fear and doing whatever necessary to keep their jobs). my overall experience is good. it gave me the oppurunity to learn a lot of new things. the culture was great. i had a lot of fun while working there. I was able to travel alot for my job and could meet alot of really cool people. It was fun working here out of college it gave me so much experience in the software world. My mentors really helped me grow career
