Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The company seemed to have lost its way over the past 12-18 months. There is less clarity to the direction of the company (3 x org restructures in 2 years just to end back at the original structure) and the culture has changed (ie hunger games like environment where people are operating in fear and doing whatever necessary to keep their jobs).
From my discussions with several people across a number of product areas, compensation and good healthcare coverage is what’s keeping them there. Not the work they’re doing, management or the culture.
It’s a shame to see such a great company undo years of effort in the culture/community building space. Hoping it will make the necessary changes soon and reverse the current toxic cycle.
