My experience has been good! Definitely rocky during this transition point of moving into the AI boom, but overall things are fine. My team specifically is pretty understaffed and we don't have any headcount, which is disappointing to say the least and is probably my biggest concern. EVERYTHING is so AI driven, if you're not doing that, it feels like you're irrelevant.

Google's culture has gone through tremendous change. Midlevel management usually sucks. Company lacks vision and thought leadership.

Incredible company with great pay, stocks, and diversity. Going into the office can be challenging due to the commute but it's well worth it. I love working here.
