Gong has a phenomenal culture, they have a high talent bar and make no mistake that you will get your PHD in sales here. That being said, those that have high grit and drive are VERY well compensated and can highly over achieve their targets/OTE.

They have made it significantly harder to make decent money here.. Gates on accelerators are frustrating. Sales targets were raised 30 - 40% with no increase to base pay. Next to no inbound leads. Need to self source 30% of your pipe but other teams responsible for sourcing the rest are not held accountable. Great product and decent market fit although lots of...Read More
