Great organization with a lot of admin work but the conversations you have are strategic and actually with the C-Level. C-Suite will move their calendars around to meet with you, which I've never seen at a vendor.

average, base pay isnt the best comission is very much out of your hands sometime, not much opportuntiyt to sell more

MSE environment has gone wildly downhill the last 3 years. Territories are not equal and only a handful of people have a book of business primed for growth and the ability to hit numbers. Leadership refuses to look in the mirror and ask why there has been so much turnover.
