MSE environment has gone wildly downhill the last 3 years. Territories are not equal and only a handful of people have a book of business primed for growth and the ability to hit numbers. Leadership refuses to look in the mirror and ask why there has been so much turnover.

Great training, compensation is competitive if you are successful. Culture of micromanagement wears you down.
