Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Gartner is a great place to start for new professionals trying to get their feet wet. The quota attainment is probably average/above average, but your success depends on your book of business and your manager to hit winners circle. I would recommend talking to current AEs that work here. Random people (not recruiter recommended) to give you the details straight. Different business units have different pros/cons. MSE should not be taken as a one size fits all. There is no more fully remote work, unless you have been previously accepted, but if you decide to get promoted to management you must be in location. Leadership is hit or miss and there is so much micromanagement now based on tactical metrics top leadership wants you to complete. Tech stack has improved, but outside of Salesforce and Gong, the Tech is horrible. Ask a lot of questions and expect your TI/OTE to be extremely low for MSE.
