I closed a deal in q1 that put me to 60% to annual quota, then was put on a performance plan after not closing anything in q2. Great training, good comp and benefits, paid on renewal and growth as an AE. Slow to promote. If you get a shit territory you’ll leave before a new opportunity comes up to move, or you’ll be overlooked due to poor performance (even though it’s out of your control). Selling...Read More
