My overall experience at Gartner has been great - I've performed well and have hit my targets. Inbound lead flow is weak, but the professional development that I've got at this company has been exponentially better than my previous companies.

In APS there is ZERO inbound leads. In fact marketing leads that you get are typically already people you've spoken to and convinced to view tracked material like webinars or attend conferences that you sold them the tickets to.

Somewhat toxic sales leadership in my specific division. Unrealistic expectations for new hire, lack of adequate tech stack, and some leaders use fear and intimidation not just on the team but with customers.
