Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience with Gartner for Sales Leaders was horrible. Totally outdated product fit. I closed a deal in q1 that put me to 60% to annual quota, then was put on a performance plan after not closing anything in q2. Leadership's strategy for being behind the team number is to push people out and blame it on reps. Also no room for creativity or trying anything different, leadership wants to be on every call then provide coaching sessions if you deviate from designated script. Bad experience all around.
