Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Truly, one of the best places I’ve ever worked in a decades long career. Their sales process in the amount of support and training they give you is phenomenal. I wish I would have come to Gartner many years earlier in my career because I would have benefited so much more. Anyone who is able to get through the hiring process and secure a job here should do it. Even if you don’t stay forever, the amount of training and skills you will learn, is unparalleled.
The only negative is that there is a lot of fanfare. I enjoy working with a ton of really smart, articulate people. It’s just that internal information and interactions with associates is often overly optimistic and perfect, so it’s hard to decipher reality from well positioned information. There is a Gartner way of communicating bad information that comes across as super positive. I just wish there was greater authenticity all around when it comes to communication within the sales organization.
