The individuals that work here are great, however leadership and HR are toxic and protect each other. Additionally, they consistently underpay anyone that is an internal promotion, best way to be paid fairly here is to leave and come back in a few years as an external hire.

Only LE get be fully remote. They require in office 2-3X per week. Business Development is tough and a grind and they are super micro managing we have to take screenshots of literally everything we do and if you don’t fit the culture or go into the office they’ll PIP you which means fire you.
