Not great really bad culture. Lots of unhappy people not hitting quota or plan. Management doesn’t care still putting people on plans left and right Micromanagement no development.

Have been here for 6 years, always attained quota and hit accelerator rates.. once you learn Gartner, its easy to make consistent years at 230k+
