Gartner provided great B2B sales training and was overall a good company to work for. Can have a tendency to not reward loyal employees and pay more to outside talent.

The success is this role totally depends upon your territory. Some AE’s hit/exceed their quota easily, some do not. It’s very much either 100% or 0%, very tough market to sell in. Again, depends upon your business unit/territory.

Overall it is a good company but outdated in its tech stack and benefits. The lead flow isn’t great but depending on your territory and clients you can find a way to succeed

Great org and training for those new to sales or early career placed in an AE role. Conversely, the more experience you have, likely the more difficult you’ll find it in terms of culty politics and lack of autonomy.
