Sales organization changes every three to five years with no noticeable differences in success. Base compensation and benefits are great but difficult to meet total incentives as over achievement is usually reviewed above 250%

The company I work for was acquired by HPE, which is why my base salary is competitive (in place pre-acquisition). Quotas had large increases in 2025 without additional products/solutions to sell and no increase in territory.
