The company I work for was acquired by HPE, which is why my base salary is competitive (in place pre-acquisition). Quotas had large increases in 2025 without additional products/solutions to sell and no increase in territory. The comp plan is structured so that accelerators are reduced to 1X when you reach 140% attainment. It will be near impossible for sellers to hit the number, and absolutely impossible for leadership to hit it.

Great company with some really great people. The culture and developmental options are pretty awesome although most employees feel the pay is below industry standards.
