There could have been improvement in pay and workalike balance is hard when you're on the hook for a 1.6million dollar quota. But the people are incredible, the product is incredible, and I was constantly in a position to learn and grow

However, the culture is anemic--lots of folks get by working 15-20 hours a week. They make it nearly impossible to terminate low performers so you have a lot of dead weight on teams with rock stars which isn't great. I've never seen a company...Read More
Overall Gartner is a machine, especially in times of rapid change due to the recent implications on enterprise IT with AI.
