Always hiring in sales, when they add team members, reduce territories and spread among new head count. As the team grows it is difficult to hit quota. I love working at Gartner. I'm sure there's companies that pay a higher base, I'm sure there's companies with much greater inbound lead flow. But when you crack the code at Gartner, and you learn how to sell what we sell, it's a great place to be and you can make a great living.
