Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The Bay Area GTS team is cursed with a 5-year string of bad managers who can't keep their role for a year, which creates chaos for the Bay Area AEs. The culture for this region in particular is often toxic to the point of being actionable, and micromanagement is pushed across all teams, including for top performers. The quality of the service offering has also gone downhill over the last 2 years as the best Gartner Executive Partners either quit or were promoted, and clients are most impacted by that shift. Most existing clients in the Bay Area want to downsize or cancel, so it's an uphill battle to salvage existing business. That said, the compensation is very good, and, if you can make time for it, the training available is robust. Browse Other Reviews
