Supportive, sharing sales culture in GBS, but a lot of fake positivity also. HR buyers need Gartner less now post Covid. Also worked on GTS, surprised how few team members made Winners Circle in ‘23 in HR vs GTS. Gartner seems to be in a mode of shorter management patience, especially if you have a higher base.

Sales leadership and product are completely out of touch for HT region. Experience depends heavily on territory and manager. Unfortunately there are a lot of bad in both.

Gartner is a positive place, so much does depend on the team/area you land in. Your immediate manager will play a major role whether you like it there or not. There are a ton of kool aid drinkers
