Current Employee3.0Aug 20, 2024The company is a good playground for people who want to master consultative / value-based sales however it depends highly on your mentor / manager so if you're lucky to find good one, you'll definitely make it. Otherwise, learning is very difficult and management is quite harsh about you not closing any deal when it's very difficult to begin with.
