The company is a good playground for people who want to master consultative / value-based sales however it depends highly on your mentor / manager so if you're lucky to find good one, you'll definitely make it. Otherwise, learning is very difficult and management is quite harsh about you not closing any deal when it's very difficult to begin with.

Definitely not a fit for you if you like to be creative and think on your own. Company completely shuts down anyone who likes to think differently, even if the current strategy isn't working.
