Gartner used to be one of the best companies to work for, but in the last 3 years has turned into a truly toxic environment on the GTS end. If you are interested in joining, go to GBS. HR sales would be the team I would target.

Naturally, based on the environment determines amount of people to hit plan. The targets are reasonable, and there is uncapped commissions once you hit quota, earning 20%+ on each deal you bring in. Sales leadership and product are completely out of touch for HT region. Experience depends heavily on territory and manager. Unfortunately there are a lot of bad in both.
