Great company and culture for a Remote first company. OTE needs to be about 15-20% higher to match Large Enterprise standards, but if you do exceed quota the incentives/Accelerators are fantastic. It is feasible to make $500k here.

Gartner provided great B2B sales training and was overall a good company to work for. Can have a tendency to not reward loyal employees and pay more to outside talent.
