My overall experience with FTR was below average. The compensation plan gets cut every year and they are auditing every deal that closes, attempting not to pay the AEs.

The work environment is toxic, but I’ve been told this is a norm in telco. If you’re looking for some where that is solely money driven where they will nickel and dime you then this is your spot.
