I believe Frontier Communications has an opportunity for growth. But it has to invest in its own infrastructure. As a seller, you can spend so much time selling a product, but if engineering cannot come through with the delivery of the product, the company fail, and the reputation a large amount of the time is tarnished in relationships can be severely damaged.

Place is an absolute disaster. They promise the world to candidates to get them to join the org. The company then acquires the candidate’s book of business and fires them once that runs out. No leads. They recycle the same trash leads over and over and raise quotas because of the “new” leads. No verticals outside of Gov. Leadership is a joke, just a bunch of paper...Read More

It's...disorganized. The job req changed during the hiring process, showing the top end of the range being $10k more. The training was subpar. The leads are legit bad, not vetted well at all.
