The training was subpar.
The leads are legit bad, not vetted well at all.
Quota has continually crept up MoM.
None of the systems talk to each other, so the data is practically useless. You can't even check what customers are currently paying for service in SFDC, and have to look across multiple systems.
The SFDC data is hilariously bad. Same contact in there 12X bad. No solid marketing strategy.
Poor tool choices like Sales Navigator, when we really need a sequencing tool like Outreach. Some of the managers are cool, but it's very clear the tenured reps get hooked up.
Some great potential, but the senior leadership is highly focused on turning the ship around for a prompt exit. Browse Other Reviews
