Place is an absolute disaster. They promise the world to candidates to get them to join the org. The company then acquires the candidate’s book of business and fires them once that runs out. No leads. They recycle the same trash leads over and over and raise quotas because of the “new” leads. No verticals outside of Gov. Leadership is a joke, just a bunch of paper pushers with no concept of how to run an enterprise org.

I worked there during a difficult time of transition for the organization. With that said, I was given a ton of autonomy to make the business my own. I received great direction and support from my direct supervisor, but ultimately, the product had many challenges.

My overall experience so far since my start with Frontier Communications is that I am responsible for generating all leads through cold calling and strategic planning.
