Former Employee2.1Jul 24, 2024Too much turnover from CEO down. Constantly shifting focus and changing compensation structures.
Current Employee2.3Nov 15, 2024My overall experience with FTR was below average. The compensation plan gets cut every year and they are auditing every deal that closes, attempting not to pay the AEs.

Former Employee1.9Aug 2, 2024Not coherent in any form or fashion. We were put on 5 different teams under 4 different managers within a year, had been given 4 different compensation plans to sign throughout the year, and then when they couldn’t fill the manager position after half the team left they laid off the rest of our team.

Current Employee1.9Dec 14, 2023Frontier has potential but leadership is really transactional/ smb minded where you are micromanaged, there is no lead gen, and have terrible resources to properly manage an accout.
