Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Initially, the sales environment was super supportive - but this has changed over the last ~2 years, and now sales folks are not valued and treated as replaceable - including the high-performing ones.
Additionally, impossible targets and expectations from above and poor strategy, management and execution by mid-level sales leadership have made the job increasingly pressurising and challenging for the reps on the floor.
