Great products with generally happy customers. Consistent exec leadership changes over the past few years leading to constant internal process changes, bad culture, and no consistency. Base pay not competitive with the market, tenured employees not rewarded for loyalty/ performance, very little recognition from leadership for top performers.

Overall experience was poor, team morale is low. No path for promotion, 1-2 people hit quota a month on the NA team

Lots of change in leadership make focus hard. First line management seem not to have much power to help deals or build strategies. Stay focused on driving deals forward and avoid unnecessary distractions.
