Lots of change in leadership make focus hard. First line management seem not to have much power to help deals or build strategies. Stay focused on driving deals forward and avoid unnecessary distractions.

The BDM department has very high turnover. There has never been a single promotion out of the organization and the management team is very unprofessional.

There's some great things. Regular training for reps each week to build on skills, but strategy seems to be off for enterprise selling and internal changes have added a lot of stress throughout.
