My overall experience was nothing short of abhorrent. They have no structure whatsoever and rely heavily on inbound leads 90% of which are of poor quality and are not fairly distributed amongst the team. Also, people are very sly here, there was a lot of stealing leads, toxic culture, incompetent managers etc.

Freshworks is in a good position, with a solid product that works as intended and competes with the best in class tools out there. Downside comes into view when looking at the organization of the sales teams, and the GTM strategy that has changes many times in my short ~2 years here.
