Current Employee2.1Jan 14, 2024Broken systems, commission structure where you're competing with the company for your pay. No promotional path. Little to no leadership and nobody to look to for coaching since nobody is hitting quota. Feels like banging your head against a wall while the managers just give the most general coaching advice you've ever heard.
